Step 3: Contact customer service
If you still have questions, log in to your Certiport account and view the Contact Us page (you may need to log in first and click the link again). To manually reach the page, log in, change your role to "CAP Administrator", hover over the "Support" tab and click the dropdown for "CAP Team".
