Compass Cloud: Remote offers a refreshed remote testing experience, making it simpler for approved Certiport Authorized Test Centers (CATCs) to schedule and deliver exams using Compass Cloud.
 
What you can expect:
 
  • Ready to use: Approved Exams from Home (EFH) centers can begin delivering exams through Compass Remote today.
  • More flexibility: CATCs can schedule sessions in Compass Cloud and select the delivery method that best fits their needs: Compass Remote when candidates are unable to test in the same room, or classic Compass Cloud for in-center testing.
  • Transition period: EFH will remain available through October 31, 2026. Beginning November 1, 2026, all remote testing will move to Compass Remote.
 
To support a smooth transition to Compass Remote, the following resources are available to help you get started:

The Brazilian Portuguese and German localizations of the Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate exam will retire from the Certiport portfolio on December 31, 2025. Localized exams in Chinese Traditional, Spanish and Korean will remain available in market.

This change is part of an effort to refocus localization priorities and update the certification portfolio in line with global demand.

Action needed:

If you are in an impacted market, please communicate this change to customers to ensure that they complete testing for Meta exams in these languages prior to the end of 2025. You will receive an email with templates to assist you in communicating the change.
