Complaints against certified persons policy

With the goal of creating fair, valid, and reliable certification examinations, the Certiport content managers collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to determine who the certification examination will certify and the competencies a certified person must possess. Using industry best practices, the Certiport content managers and psychometricians perform periodic overall exam and individual item analysis to ensure that our certifications are accurately measuring what they are intended to assess. However, in the event you believe a particular IT Specialist certification holder does not adequately possess the skills listed in the objective domain, you may report your experience to Certiport.

Complaint against a certified person process

 
  1. Complete and submit the complaint form.
  2. You will receive an automated response acknowledging that your complaint was submitted and documented.
  3. Your complaint will be documented and reviewed within 30 days. Action will be taken if deemed appropriate. (Due to privacy policies, you will not be informed of any review results, decisions made, or actions taken.)
