We are offering these certifications in collaboration with Cisco, the worldwide leader in networking technology with one of the most respected certification programs in the IT industry.
It’s no secret that IT certifications, like those from Cisco, are valuable for those looking to start or further their careers. In fact, according to the Pearson VUE 2021 Value of Certification study, 69% of IT managers believe certification significantly increases an employee’s productivity. The new Cisco Certified Support Technician certification exams establish a work-ready foundation for candidates looking for a career in cybersecurity and/or networking, empowering them to be productive in their future IT careers.

Empowering learners through the new Cisco Certified Support Technician program
The Certiport team has recently launched our newest certification program, Cisco Certified Support Technician. The Cisco Certified Support Technician certification program consists of two exams, CCST Networking and CCST Cybersecurity. These exams validate work-ready skills and knowledge for launching and advancing in two of the most in-demand IT fields.
